"Having wanted to do a detox for some time and following feeble and unsuccessful attempts at home I spotted a mag article about Detox Cleanse. It sounded exactly what I was looking for - an how right I was!!
I contacted Paul to find out more and booked for a detox located in the beautiful mountains above Malaga, Spain. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, and in truth I was a little apprehensive, but WOW - what an experience. Paul explained everything and was there to guide, help and support every inch of the way. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. And the setting was idyllic, the retreat is a "jewel in the mountains".
While my body was being cleansed my mind was able to chill while I took some real time out to indulge and relax big time. I read books, dipped in the pool, swam in the river and did yoga.
